i am ready to print our badges and noticed when i get to option of changing colors, i only see the first two letters in the options of the drop down menu

I don't understand. There are no letters to choose when selecting colors. There is a color palette and sliders...

right, i don't get the palette. when i clickthe palette i only see the first few letters of the colors

That may be an effect of using an obsolete web browser. Try turning off the "Compatibility Mode" setting in your Internet Explorer. If that doesn't work, try downloading Firefox and using it instead of Explorer.
