We have someone who wants to turn all notifications off. Can this be done? They said they selected "Never" and still receive this. ray

Can you give me first letter of their first name and their last name so I can check their Notify Me settings. Did they tell you what type of email they were receiving? Private messages, site wide email the class or messages like a birthday notice? Thanks, Jessica

Hi Ray, I do see all never for her Notify Me, however, her email address was also in use for Percy Crawford who had subscribed to all years (possibly unintentionally) so I unsubscribed that Notify Me to all profile updates and they already had everything else in that profile set to never. That should take care of the issue. Jessica
