Playlist not playing on homepage

When I logged in today after about a week on vacation my playlist did not play on my homepage. My playlist is only one tune which I downloaded from my own computer not from an external site. What could have happened?

It works for me. Do you have the volume on your speakers turned down or the Speaker Mute button checked? What browser are you using?
