Remove photo from home page

I was playing with the photo gallery and some how ended up putting the picture on my home page. How do I remove it? I know I have either read or seen where it can be done, but I can't find it. Help please!

which photo? You should be able to remove it by going to Edit Site Pages, Edit Home Page content, then clicking on the photo you want to delete and right-clicking and choosing delete from the menus.
