Can anyone think of a reason why an individual cannot pull up our site on Class Creator. He has tried numerous times. No one else is having this problem that I know of.

Can you describe the problem? Are they getting any errors? If so, what error message (be specific)? Did they forget their password? What are the initials (first-name and last name initials) of the classmate with the problem?
