Under "Sign Up" form I added my own question and want to make a multiple choice answer. I thought I did that but the multiple choice part is not showing up ont he website. Can you help me fix that?

Your multiple choice questions are there and working fine. You don't see the registration form yourself anymore because you've already registered. When a Classmate registers and then goes back to the registration form, rather than seeing the fill-in form again, they simply see a copy of their registration and are given the opportunity to purchase more items if desired. Note, only information that was actually filled out is going to show there.

If you want to see the form how unregistered Classmates are seeing it, go into your Reunion Planner and delete your own registration. Then go back to your reunion page. Now you'll see the fill-in form again complete with your 3 multiple choice options you've added.
