I just recently downloaded the classmate listing to Excel. Thanks for the many improvements since the last time I'd done so. For example the Member Type in column A makes sorts so much easier.

Is there any collaboration capability to share the spreadsheet and allow for other classmates to make changes to it? For example, we would want to do an excel spreadsheet with the missing classmates and divide them up between planning committee members to try and locate them. We would love the capability for planning committee members to be able to update if they were able to contact the missing classmate.

If you download the information into an Excel spreadsheet you can parcel that out anyway you want but once updated the information would all have to be manually entered into the individual profiles. It sounds like you might want to have the root administrator give administrative rights to some of the committee members so that they can update the classmate information directly on the site.
