Classmate can't navigate site

I have a classmate (Larry Miller) who logs onto the website but can't navigate. Here is the message he sent me. "It says I’m on right now on the little box that shows whose on. However, no matter where I click on the left hand menu it either sends me back to the log in page or says I must be logged in to use." I don't know how to help him. Thanks,

Verify that he has browser set to accept cookies. If not, have him enable. Varies depending on browser, but on Firefox, it's in options, privacy - accept cookies. Use google to find out the setting for whatever browser is being used.
