I put the following question on our profiles

NAME 3 PEOPLE WHO WILL KNOW WHERE YOUR ARE IN 5 YEARS

We ask that the classmate include phone numbers and email addresses for these people.

The problem is this shows up when the classmates profile is viewed by anyone. I there a way for us to ask the classmate a question(s) such as this, have it stored in the system, but be accessed only by admins? Maybe it would be better to have a flexible box in the CONTACT INFO screen.

You can make a survey that only admins can view the results for.

That is a work around that might work - but then you gotta look in a different place. I really think that we need to have this on the CONTACT DETAILS screen as a separate question when folks add/change their contact information.

Seems like that was all gonna change - sometime - and it could be as simple as adding the ability for us to add FLEXIBLE QUESTIONS (that are secured) to the Contact Details like we can do for the PROFILE.
