Classmate can't log on

Here's the message: "For the past 2 days, I can't log on. After I enter my e-mail address and password and hit "log in". The screen blinks and comes back with my e-mail address and password removed." Can tech support please help out. Thank you

90% of the time, this means that the browser is not remembering the login cookie. Safari is notorious for running an update and then going back to it's default setting to not save and remember cookies, which are required for you to remain logged in within our system. So, that would be my guess on where your member should start.

I am using Chrome right now with no issues. I would have him clear cache and cookies.
