I have a classmate who got a new email address and now their password does not work. I tried to delete their old password but it won't let me. How do I correct this so he can log on again?

No. He'll have to log in with whatever email address is registered with the system. What do you mean when you say the system will not let you change his password? It should. Are you getting an error message when you try, or what exactly?

I did not try to change it, I tried to remove it so he could put in another. Maybe that was the problem.

Yes, just change it to "test" or something and tell the Classmate what it is. Advise the Classmate to change it again once logged in.
