I am continuing to get the message that I have 1 new message even though I have read everything. I have logged out and logged back in, etc. but it remains. What does a girl need to do to get rid of it? Thanx.

It looks to me like you need to read the email from Classmate initials RD. It's a new response within an existing thread, not a new email itself. But if you have anything new, whether it's a brand new email or if it's a new response within an existing thread, the system is going to continue to alert you that you have something new until you've opened it.
