There should be a way to save a modified mailing list under a new name. Rechecking boxes that are 90% the same as an old list is way too much trouble. Thanks. Also under the criteria for inclusion in an email, it would be nice to have "Members who are guests" and "Members who are not guests."

Hi Lane... Try this. Create an email for the class and give it a subject like "The Usual Gang" (or something to ID the group you repeat many times.) Select the names of the usual gang then save a draft of it. When you're ready to send out an email to "the usual gang", open up the draft, write the latest message, give it a new title and send it out. Your draft will be still be there with the names of the usual gang ready to use again.

Thanks. Good idea. These templates could serve as mailing lists that are easily modified to create new mailing lists.
