I have a classmate that cannot login. He says he is using the correct email address and password?? His name is Felipe Orozco. Please help...

Please ask him what error message he gets when he tries to log in. Also, if he clicks on "Forgot Password" in the login box, does the system send him his password? Or does the system say that it does not recognize his email address?

Here is what the classmate that cannot login is experiencing.

Every time I try to log in, it keeps asking me to log in. Even after I double checked my password after i asked for it and they gave it to me, it will not log me in. Like I said, all it does is sends me back to the log in box.

Oh I see. The Classmate is just having a cookie issue. First ask the Classmate if they are intentionally blocking cookies. If so they'll need to at least allow cookies on your own web site, as our login system depends on cookies being enabled. If the person is not blocking cookies intentionally, have them to this:

1) Clear browser cookies
2) Shut down browser
3) Open browser back up
4) Log in again

Problem solved.
