I am still building and tweaking my class website and a few people have already paid! I know I have one payment thru paypal, they emailed me. But on the Reunion Attendees page I see that a few people owe $90.

Am I to assume they are going to be sending in the checks? and that what about those who have registered but show no money? Are they saying YES to coming but have not paid yet?

I wait a while to see if they will complete their registration with a payment online or send a snail mail check. If I don't hear anything from them in a reasonable time, I email and ask how they plan to complete payment.

Yes, if somebody has registered and not paid, I would assume they are coming. As Bev stated, if ample time passes and you still have not received payment, you may wish to contact the Classmate and make sure payment is coming.
