I have a Classmate that has notified me that she cannot access the Profiles of two of our other Classmates. I don't have an answer for her. She can access others, but not these two Profiles.

I can access their profiles, so I cannot determine why she is having this problem.

Help!

Most likely she's not logged in. For good measure have the Classmate:

1) Clear browser cookies
2) Shut down web browser
3) Start web browser back up
4) Log into site
5) View Profiles again

The member states that she is logged in, and can open other Classmates profiles, but cited the two other members in particular that she cannot access.

I have checked these Classmates profiles, and cannot see anything that would block other members from seeing their profiles, and I can access them.

When she says she cannot access them, what EXACTLY does that mean? Is she receiving an error message, or a message stating that she is not permitted to view these particular Profiles? Or is something else happening, like the page isn't loading at all? Do either of those two Profiles have embedded objects, such as YouTube videos or Playlist players?
