Member login webpage not available

I have a member trying to login and receives a "Webpage not available" message (see attached screen shot). He has tried logging in on his smart phone and laptop with the same results. It used to work on both platforms but stopped some time ago. When I tried logging in for the member on my phone and desktop, I had no problem.

Tell him to use "http://" instead of "https://" (notice the "s" in the one he shouldn't be using)

If chrome, do the following:
Here is the way to specifically delete your domain from the set. Go to chrome://net-internals and select "HSTS" from the drop down. Enter under Delete domain and press the Delete button.

Even if you are not using chrome, your website might be found in the "chrome://net-internals" and that file is also used by Safari and Firefox, so it is a good thing to try the above even if you aren't using Chrome.
