Mac Laptop Login Problems

This user has logged in before and now is having problems. I have changed her password and am able to login as her, but she still gets various messages from, "bad request" to "internal server error". She is using a MAC laptop and has no other issues that she is aware of. Any Ideas?

Have her clear her cookies and cache and start a new browser session. She also needs to be sure her browser is set to accept cookies. What browser is she using? Can she try another?
