We have a married couple (both classmates with different emails) Richard Atkins and Claire Richmond Atkins. Claire is unable to update her profile, the program keeps clicking to Richards. I thought maybe he had signed in and clicked on the "stay logged in" box but she says they are using different computers? Help, I don't know what to do to fix this problem.

Have her try clicking the LOGOUT link and seeing if the problem goes away.
