All this information has been posted before, however my original choice of search terms failed to find it. I'm reposting with additional terms in hopes it will save someone else some time.

To download any of this information, go to the Manage Classmates Page under Admin. Functions. In addition to Enter and Edit Classmates, Upload Classmates, there is a following option to Download the Class List along with the option to select which group gets downloaded AND you can select WHICH Profile Questions that you want to download.

You can download this as an Excel, CSV or Tab Delimited format. I tried an Excel, but for some reason it missed a few fields, tried again with a CSV format that worked just fine. Opened that file with Excel, then selected all and sorted by the field of interest.

Manage Classmates,
Download Class List,
Choose the fields you want downloaded
Download the file
Sort the file by "Your Interest" column.

Also, be aware that it is possible to assign Custom Icons to any question on the Profile Page. Here is a link to a post Brad Switzer made about this.

Thanks for putting this all in one place, Gary! I am in the midst of training admins on my sites. This is a good piece of info!

Another thanks for including the icon video link. Have you used the icons? When my creativity works, I've enjoyed making and assigning them!

Clocks are springing forward. Spring is around the corner. It all means that reunion time is here once again! Cool

Thanks Gwen.

I can't take any credit for this, it was all on the Forum, I just couldn't find it. I figured it might not be the only one who used different search terms. Glad it helped!

Yes, I've used the icons and love them. I like how they make the profile page a little easier to navigate. I've used some of the ready made icons, and have found PNG images that I've uploaded and turned into icons. I don't know if a PNG image is required, but since all the ones already there were, I decided to use it.

I know that you know this, but for anyone just starting out, here's how to do it.

A Google search for "What ever you want PNG" without the quotes usually works well. Either include the word Image as the first search term, or click Image when the results come up.

Also, for what it's worth, I found a Star Wars - Yoda Daylight Savings Time message that anyone is welcome to use. It's at https://imgflip.com/i/10q4v2

via Imgflip Meme Maker

Two things to NOTE: First, the URL to the Meme generator used to make this is shown above. Second, and Most Important, someone sent me the link, that image is Not Copyrighted, but the underlying image likely is.

I know that many folks feel as long as your website settings are Private and block the general public and search engines, that you should be OK using a piece of created art under the "Fair Use Copyright Law"

LINK: https://www.google.com/search?q=fair+use+copyright+law&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

Again for the new folks, to set your Website or Specific Pages to block search engines, go to:
Admin Functions
Edit Site Pages
Find the Home Page, or whatever page you wish to make private (almost all my pages are except the Missing Classmates because we want them to be found, and the page about our School, for the same reason).
Don't click to open the page, but "Mouse Over" (hover your mouse over the page) and click the
Edit Link
Click Restrict to Classmates Only

Finally, note that any page Not So Marked, WILL be visible to anyone on the internet.

Best wishes!

Gary S.
