I have a classmate that can not log in at all it won't accept his email address or his password. Is there anyway that he can start from the beginning? Thanks,

If you want to start the person from scratch, click on the Manage Classmates link on the left, click on Enter/Edit Classmates, find the classmate and click on Delete. Doing this will erase the person, including his profile and contact information, from the system. After you delete the person, be sure to add the person back (by clicking on Add New Member) to your class list so that he/she can sign back up.
