Link problem.JPG I am trying to make a "clickable" link in the caption area of a classmates photos. Can this be done? See att screen capture.

you can probably do it with HTML codes, but since there is no editor buttons, you would have to enter those codes by yourself. http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp

HTML.jpg Yes it can be done with HTML code. Both the photo edit page and the final result are shown in the attachment. "this video" is the link and the target="blank" opens it in a new tab. My profile isn't locked so you can see how it works on my site if you'd like.

Speaking of links, can someone tell me how make a hyperlink to a page and have it open without leaving the CC site? In otherwords, you open up the link and can close it and still be on the CC site.

Rhonda, If you are using the Editor's LINK option (2nd row of icons, 3rd from right), there is a tab at the top of the dialog box that will insert the 'target="blank"' for you. Before you click the OK for the link, click the TARGET tab and you can select if you want a new "tab" or a new "Window" for the destination target of the link.
