Some thoughts on this. Would it be beneficial if all classmates could see the Statistics which would allow them to see the last time others were logged in and thus be able to see how much activity there is on the website. As it is they can only see when someone else happens to be on the site at the same time as they are. As it is now they can't see that there were 38 classmates on the website in the last 24 hours. There could be an option for the administrator to allow this view or not. And then an option for the classmate as to whether he wants everyone to see when he was last on. But if he chooses this option, then he can't see the Statistics either. This Statistics could be different from what the administrators see. The adm. statistcs would include guests and those who don't want to be view but the classmates' Statistics view would not include guests and those who wish to not be view. Thoughts?

There is an infinite range of possible statistics about your website that classmates might be interested in, and since there is simply no way for us to write pages that will show them all, our position is that we will make the basic ones available to you on the Statistics page, and to the extent you want to do the calculations and/or share the raw data with your classmates, you can place the information onto a custom page and update it as frequently as you wish.

It would be a dream to show even 2 or 3 statistics, even one statistic - how many visited. Its such a simple little counter, you should make at least a couple statistics available. Doreene was being so polite when she said "Fair enough", it's not fair at all. We need a couple statistics for all our classmates.

You can add $homepage_hits$ to your source and you will see the number as reflected on the stats page. You can use the text/font formatting options to change the look of your number as well.
