Gallery notifications not occuring?

It appears to me that notifications for my gallery updates are not going out. I am not sure if this is even a problem. However, notifications used to go out and I am wondering if something has changed.

Most users have this set to once daily. When did you post? Did you check the box for the update to go out? Jessica

I made sure that my test subject had their notifications set to go out immediately.
