One of our classmates changed his email address and we keep getting bounce back emails using the old address cspan@raytheon.com. What do we need to do to correct this?
Thank you,
Roberta

Roberta,

I looked at your website and I don't see any bouncebacks. I guess you already handled them. I did a search and I couldn't see any classmates having that e-mail address, so I guess they already changed it.

Kyle, you are on the ball, you and CC respond faster that anyone I have dealt with. Good Job!
I had two bounce back emails from
Charles Pantalion, showing this bounce back address: cspan@raytheon.com
I did delete them without thinking that you might need to see them.

I have gotten a reply from him since the last bonce back message.

Thank you for your help.

Kyle, I just got another bounce back email from Charles Pantalion, showing the\is address: cspan@raytheon.com
I didn't delete this one.

Any suggestions?

No, it is cpan@raytheon.com, not CSPAN. That is why I couldn't find it.

Roberta, if you click the bounceback link, at the bottom, it says EDIT THIS CLASSMATE'S RECORD. I did this and the cpan address is his ALTERNATE e-mail address. This means that his primary e-mail is still valid and he is receiving the class e-mails. You could just send him an e-mail and let him know that his cpan e-mail address doesn't seem to be valid.

Then after you let him know, just delete the bounceback message.

Once again, thank you. I hope I will remember this tip in the event this happens again.

Kyle, do you work all day and all night?

Thanks,
Roberta

Sometimes I check the forums a couple times an hour. I do sleep at night.
