I am working on a survey and I forgot how to do multiple choice. I got as far as a question and can't go any further. I guess it's "brain fog." Lara

For making a Multiple Choice survey, create a new question with the question being of type Radio Button (Single Choice). Then save the question. Then Add Answer for each answer you want to be in the Multiple Choice question.
