How do I make a footer column that has a text message in the body on another page when you click on the header, like it offers when you enter a URL?

Privacy When you select Privacy Policy you are taken to a separate page that has the privacy police on it.

Greg is just wanting to have a link in his footer that goes to a Policy page. I sent him some info on how to do it. The Link address must be fully qualified; eg. https://www.XXXX.com. Just using www.xxx.com does not work.
