Not yet. Changeable Photoshop designs are coming next year, stay tuned. With the Photoshop designs you'll be able to pretty much do anything you want with the design, or hire somebody who knows Photoshop to do it for you. Photoshop is the leading image editing application, there's people proficient using it virtually everywhere.
