problem uploading class list

I created the class list with the template in Excel. When I try to upload the saved spreadsheet I get a message,"sorry, only csv files" The file I saved is named classlist_csv.mht. What should I do?

Does the file still open in Excel? If so, just use the Excel option to SAVE AS and choose CSV. Then upload the CSV file to ClassCreator
