Spacing on photos

Space.gif The spacing of Twilla Reeder (Stoddard)'s pictures vertically seems odd. What did she do to get this, and what cures are available?

She scanned in actual photos and then never cropped off all of the white space. Thus all the extra stuff you see around the photo itself is actually there and part of the image. The only way to fix this is for her to open he original images, crop off the white space using whatever software she used to scan these, and reupload.

Yes. Because the system already resized them to the maximum possible size including white space that was not cropped and everything. Although you could crop the images yourself, they'd just wind up super tiny.

I loaded them into Snagit and chopped the excess out.
