I am thinking about upgrading to Windows 7, 64 bit, will Class Creator work with the new Windows operating system?

Be sure and read up on what will work with 7.
If you're using XP now, it's not a simple change and some XP software will not run on 7. Higher versions of 7 do include ways to run XP programs.
Also, some programs won't run well on 64 bit.
Browsing the internet is not affected by different operating systems.
