Missing user forum or class chatter

I have looked at the other forum entries on this problem and I can not find a way to turn on user forums or class chatter. I looked in edit site pages. I am sure it's probably something I have over looked. Thanks...

What do you mean by "Class Chatter"? If you mean "Live Chat", that feature has been activated. Your "User Forums" are at the bottom of the Edit Site Pages and need to be activated.
