I used 4 survey from survey maker and made them customized links. On edit mode, the up and down arrow works just fine but going live, the arrows disappear . What should I do to bring the arrows back ? I think I read before that it was okay to this - use a survey for an extra link? Did I read wrong ? Thanks.

Yes, it's fine to use a survey page as an ordinary content page. You're not going to have any up and down arrows unless you add actual survey questions though. Else there are no questions to sort.
