Just notified that an alumni was not able to log on to register. What could the problem possibly be?

I need more information. What was the problem? Did Classmate get some type of error message? Or invalid login? If error message what did the error say? FYI if you click the FAQs link above and then click Questions About Passwords you'll find the info here to solve virtually any login problem.

I had the same issue from a classmate today... They said they couldn't log onto the site.. Well, they hadn't joined yet and was trying to log in on the home page.. Has your classmate already joined the website ?
