Hello,
I received at least 3 request by classmates who submitted an in memory classmate request. Each classmate is telling me that they receive a message indicating the class administrator must approve. However, when I log in as the administrator, I do not see a message post to approve the deceased classmate profile. In addition, the deceased classmate is shown on the class list but not on the deceased list or in memory page.

Can someone provide me with direction on how to approve these deceased classmate profiles?

The In Memory contact form is to only provide information to the admin about a classmate's death. The admin needs to enter that information by doing the following:

Edit Site Pages
Edit In Memory
Select the deceased classmate and click ADD
Then EDIT the deceased classmate and add the information that you received in the e-mail
Then SAVE the changes you made to the deceased classmate
