How do I re-register someone for the reunion? Originally classmate registered and said a check would be sent. Before a check was sent, she cancelled her registration. Then 2 weeks later, she found she could attend and re-registered and paid with credit card. She appears on the "Transactions" as attending. However she does not appear on the "Classmates Profiles" box as attending nor on her profile page. Thank you.

I would think that a deletion of the original registration, then making sure the second registration is filled out properly.
I have found you have to be careful when dealing with cc transactions.

Typically the issue is that the classmate has not selected the Guest is a Classmates and searched their name for a match. The admin can do this as well by editing the transaction under Event Planner > Edit > Quick Links > Transactions -- edit the transaction.
