I don't believe you create a separate page as everything is done within the Survey Creator itself. Create a survey called "What's New" or whatever you want to call it. That's the link that will appear in the left hand pane when you activate the survey.

Although I don't know of a way to 'attach a survey to a comment', you can post a comment with a link to the survey in it - along with some text explaining what the link is. And by the way, that survery does not have to be active and show up in the left-side menu if you link to it in an announcement or Message to the Class comment.

I see. So I make the survey first?? And then, write the comment after -- the comment about why I need a survey afterward??

Access "test" on my site. Is this what you want to do? It is all done within the Survey Creator.

Ok. I started all over. I created a survey. Now there are 2 surveys 1st named "Website Survey", 2nd named "Survey about having another Reunion" P.S. Yes. I saw the test page and that's what I want to do.

Did you press Save Changes after adding the questions?

Yes, I did. Would you look at my site if you get time? The survey notice is on the left with the first group of items so you shouldn't need a password.

Survey.JPG I too see no questions as shown in the attached. Could you take a screen shot of this survey from within the Survey Creator? That may help in understanding why the questions don't appear.

I tried it twice and only the skeleton info copies, not what I wrote. The class password is SAH1963. Perhaps you can get in to see it that way. I really appreciate your help. )

The password doesn't allow any access above what you've already granted to the general public for the surveys. The only explanation I have right now it that the questions may not be checked as active.

They are. But I'll check it just to be sure. If you're comfortable with it, e-mail me your e-mail address and I'll send you mine with my own password and that will get you into the site for sure.

Does Website Survey look ok to you now that the questions have been activated?

Barbara, If you would like, I will be happy to call you and look at your site at the same time to see you have things as you want them. If you'd like that, send me your phone number at info@theadminsplace.com

Barbara, if the survey is the one with the name "Website Survey" asking about interest in a reunion before the 55 year reunion, looks good to me.
