I'm trying to use a youtube video on the home page to announce something going on in a classmate's life. It looks like I got it to fit by reducing the width to 300 but the rest of the announcement wording has expanded out. So, the announcement section won't stack up into the center next to the right modules ... the center section is way down below a lot of white space. How do I get it up into the top area of the center?

When you embed an object, there are usually several WIDTHs you need to search for. In your case, you had two widths that were 400. I changed them to 390. Now it looks right.
