We have used the URL HHS1964.COM since we started on Class Creator when it was small and inexpensive. I have been ill for about 2 years and I didn't try to view the site. Now I need to update things and that URL produces nothing visible on Chrome, the same on other browsers. Has something changed recently re forwarded URLs? We are registered through GoDaddy.com and the forwarding is done there via DNS entries. Nothing was changed there.

Thanks for any help or suggestions,
George Graves

Be sure that your domain name is using the following when set up at GoDaddy: Repointing Domain Names:
If you wish to point your domain name directly to your Class Creator web site, please go into your domain manager at your existing Registrar and add the following IP address to the A record: 69.41.171.205 . This will link your domain name to your Class Creator web site. If you need assistance please call your Registrar by phone and read them the above instructions and they will be able to assist you. Please note that the ONLY thing you need to change at your Registrar is your A record. You do not need to change anything else, such as nameservers. After you've done this log into your class web site, click the "Register Domain" link, and type in your domain name and then click the Activate Domain Name button. This will link up your domain name from your Registrar to your Class Creator web site and you'll be all set.

Another unintended consequence of CC changing the "security policy" See this topic thread for what's going on.

If you check using IE, you'll find it actually still "works".

CC needs to rethink this a LOT since I bet there are going to be even more sites that will experience issues. That actually included a CC help video. Wink

Hi George,

You will need to add in an A Record IP address 69.41.171.205 for the domain with and without the www as Scott recommended above. The site will not function properly or will list URL or HTTPS mismatch warnings in many new browsers when the domain is framed in the way your domain provider is configured. They can assist you with adding in the proper settings if you are not familiar with adding them yourself. Just have them remove the set up that creates the frame and add in the A Record IPs and you will be all set.
