User Can't Open Yearbook

I posted our yearbook online. Someone emailed me a stated they can't open the yearbook. I am able to access the yearbook. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what is the solution. Thanks,

Issue utilizes the Flash plugin, thus I suspect this person needs to upgrade to the latest version of Flash, or is possibly at a place of work that blocks Flash.
