I don't use a very modern mobile phone so can't answer what a Classmate has asked me. Can anyone help?

He uses a Samsung S9 phone and wants to know if there's a way he can upload photos to his Profile or Classmate Galleries while viewing the website on his phone.

I have a Samsung Note5. It does not matter if it is an S9, you can upload files like you normally do with a PC. The only problem is dealing with a smaller screen. I was able to embed a jpeg I uploaded earlier, into one of my web pages.

I'd like to be able to alert all my Classmates to the method for uploading to their mobile then uploading to the website. Any help would be appreciated if you have the time. Thanks.
