What is the normal time frame for a refund to be processed back to the classmate's account? (understanding their individual bank's processing time)

If refunded through the system, it will still take about five business days. If it has taken longer than that, let us know and we can look into it. Remember that yesterday (Columbus Day) was not a business day because it was a banking holiday.
